Riedell leather 595 skate boots are made right here in the USA using the highest quality materials. The tops of these Riedell speed skate boots are made from hand sorted full grain leather with a full grain Chinook leather lining. There is little padding in the boot but the dense foam tongue offers all the comfort you will need while skating. The nylon snug tie offers a customizable fit around the heel for a better fit and maximum stability. The Riedell HF-5 heat moldable reinforcement is featured on the outside quarter of the right boot. The stitched and cemented leather outsole makes the Riedell speed skate boots ultra-durable. 

The Sunlite plate gives you the best of both worlds; the lightweight agility you love about nylon plates plus long-lasting durability! The Patented V Bracing design gives this plate optimum strength, yet they are 40% lighter than conventional aluminum plates. With a lifetime warranty against breakage, you know you have a great quality skate plate. Complete with a Sure-Grip mini gripper toe stop. 

The Sure-Grip Fugitive wheels are available in several colors. With a 62mm x 44 mm diameter and 92A hardness, you will feel stable and have the grip you need. The ABEC-7 bearings keep your wheels rolling smooth and fast. 

Please note: the Riedell 595 is medium (D) width. Please see "size help" to ensure you order the best size for your feet. This boot is made in Men's sizing (the size that will appear on your boot label), but we list the Ladies equivalent so you know which size to purchase.

    • Returns for refund to original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee ($12-$18 depending on location)

    • Items must be returned in new condition and with their original product box in order to receive a full refund. Items returned with visible signs of use (scuffs, dirt, hair or other debris) or missing components may be rejected by our Returns Department or charged a 20%-50% damage fee (deducted from refund).

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

      Overall the skates are OK. Boots and plates are well made. The wheel leave something to be desired. Urethane is porous on the wheels. No spacers between the bearings. I expected better at this price point.

      I have been skating for 52 years, 10 if those years speed skating. My parents couldn't afford these is my day but am pleased to say its one of the best purchases I have made !! Great skates and great company. Thank you
